On May 29, 2026, senior and mid-level leaders of Hongjing Optoelectronics gathered to successfully conclude a specialized TTT internal trainer workshop themed “Five Steps to Course Development—Agile Curriculum Design and Delivery.” The training aimed to enhance the in-house instructors’ skills in curriculum design and development, thereby supporting the company’s comprehensive transformation into a “teaching‑oriented organization.”
