Job Responsibilities: 1. In the early stage of project initiation for designated models, conduct optical design coordination with the client side, including aligning and finalizing optical designs with the client. 2. During the product development phase, produce relevant design documentation and be responsible for verification as well as conducting feasibility assessments of any proposed changes. 3. Assist the Team Leader in evaluating customer requirements for design changes during the development and prototyping stages, and prepare conclusions on proposed change solutions. 4. Assist the Team Leader in resolving challenging optical design issues during the prototyping phase, providing countermeasures and solution recommendations (e.g., addressing ghosting, thermal drift, and other related problems). 5. Lead the retrospective analysis and knowledge accumulation of optical designs from completed projects, and optimize optical design standards and design checklists. Qualifications: 1. Job Responsibilities: 1. In the early stage of project initiation for designated models, coordinate and interface with client-side R&D institutions regarding mechanism design, including collaborating with client’s design teams to align on mechanisms. 2. During the product development phase, produce relevant design documents, evaluate the feasibility of design changes proposed by clients, and provide corresponding solutions. 3. Based on client requirements, complete mechanism design and prepare the product BOM, specification sheets, and product labeling guidelines. 4. Job Responsibilities: 1. Participate in the formulation and coordination of imaging specifications for early-stage customers. 2. Based on customer specification parameters, define optical component SORs (optical parameters, appearance, reliability, temperature drift), including lenses, filters, protective lenses, etc. 3. Develop optical specifications for each workstation. 4. Responsible for clarity simulation and modeling of products during the manufacturing process (including DA warpage, lens field curvature, adhesive shrinkage compensation, and adhesive type selection). 5. Lead the analysis and yield improvement of lens-related issues—such as resolution, stray light, and temperature drift—during the pilot production phase of modules. 6.
