I. General Workers (Frontline Employees): Multiple positions
Requirements: Primary school education or above, age 18-39, valid ID, healthy body, good character, able to wear cleanroom suits, and obey management.
II. Salary
Comprehensive Salary: 5300-6000 RMB
New Employees: 19 RMB/hour, after 3 months: 19.5 RMB/hour;
After 6 months: 20 RMB/hour; After 1 year: 21 RMB/hour.
