Product Technology Engineer

Job Responsibilities:
1. Evaluate new products, and confirm relevant process flows, technical standards, and documentation.
2. Develop trial-production schedules and stable production plans for new products, and drive their implementation.
3. Analyze and address any abnormalities that arise during the product trial-production phase, continuously improving product quality until successful mass production is achieved.
4. In the initial stage after a product is introduced into mass production, monitor production conditions, resolve any issues that arise, and promptly optimize production processes and update operation standard documents.
5. Provide technical support during the product’s use at the customer’s site, helping to resolve any technical problems encountered by customers.
Job Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the installation, commissioning, and acceptance testing of new equipment, ensuring that the equipment operates normally and meets the required technical specifications.
2. Develop equipment installation and commissioning plans, and coordinate with relevant departments and personnel to ensure the smooth execution of installation and commissioning work.
3. Responsible for reconfiguring equipment wiring sequences, disassembling and replacing tooling fixtures, assembling/moving/adjusting equipment operations, and replacing vision inspection templates.

Job Responsibilities:
1. In the early stage of project initiation for designated models, conduct optical design coordination with the client’s side, including aligning and finalizing optical designs with the client.
2. During the product development phase, produce relevant design documentation and be responsible for verification as well as conducting feasibility assessments of any proposed changes.
3. Assist the Team Leader in evaluating customer requirements for design changes during the development and prototyping stages, and provide conclusive recommendations on change proposals.
4. Assist the Team Leader in resolving challenging optical design issues during the prototyping phase, offering countermeasures and solution suggestions (e.g., addressing ghosting, thermal drift, and other related problems).
5. Lead the retrospective analysis and knowledge accumulation of optical designs during project reviews, and optimize optical design standards and design checklists.
Qualifications:

1. Participate in the formulation and coordination of imaging specifications for early-stage customers.
2. Based on customer specification parameters, define optical component SORs (optical parameters, appearance, reliability, temperature drift), including lenses, filters, protective lenses, etc.
3. Develop optical specifications for each workstation.
4. Be responsible for clarity simulation and modeling of products during the manufacturing process (including DA warpage, lens field curvature, adhesive shrinkage compensation, and adhesive type selection).
5. Lead the analysis and yield improvement of lens-related issues—such as resolution, stray light, and temperature drift—during the pilot production phase of modules.
6. Be responsible for evaluating and approving samples during the lens development phase of the project.
