Product Technology Engineer

Job Responsibilities: 1. Evaluate new products, and confirm relevant process flows, technical standards, and documentation. 2. Develop trial-production schedules and stable production plans for new products, and drive their implementation. 3. Analyze and address any abnormalities that arise during the product trial-production phase, continuously improving product quality until successful mass production is achieved. 4. In the initial stage after a product is introduced into mass production, monitor production conditions, resolve any issues that arise, and promptly optimize production processes and update operation standard documents. 5. Provide technical support during the product’s use at the customer’s site, helping to resolve any technical problems encountered by customers. Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or optics-related fields. 2. Familiar with the product structure, manufacturing processes, and performance characteristics of optical lenses and camera modules; proficient in using design software. 3. Possess strong English communication and expression skills. 4. Be proactive and highly motivated, with strong logical thinking, communication skills, and hands-on abilities. Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the installation, commissioning, and acceptance testing of new equipment, ensuring that the equipment operates normally and meets the required technical specifications. 2. Develop equipment installation and commissioning plans, and coordinate with relevant departments and personnel to ensure the smooth execution of installation and commissioning work. 3. Responsible for reconfiguring equipment wiring sequences, disassembling and replacing tooling fixtures, assembling/moving/adjusting equipment operations, and replacing vision inspection templates. 4. Responsible for analyzing and evaluating equipment performance, assessing equipment maintenance requirements and frequencies, and developing equipment maintenance plans and operating procedures. 5. Use relevant tools and instruments for equipment commissioning and switching, and be responsible for the acceptance testing of standalone automated equipment, evaluation of wear-and-tear parts, and ledger management. Job Requirements: 1. Associate degree or above, major in mechanical engineering, with 3+ years of experience in camera module automation management or as an FAE at an automation manufacturer. 2.
