Job Responsibilities:
1. Evaluate new products, and confirm the relevant process flows, technical standards, and documentation.
2. Develop trial-production schedules and stable production plans for new products, and drive their implementation.
3. Analyze and address any abnormalities that arise during the product trial-production phase, continuously improving product quality until successful mass production is achieved.
4. In the initial stage after a product is introduced into mass production, monitor the production status, resolve any issues that arise, and promptly improve production processes and update operation standard documents.
5. Provide technical support during the product’s use at the customer’s site, helping to resolve any technical problems encountered by customers.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or optics-related fields.
2. Familiar with the product structure, manufacturing processes, and performance characteristics of optical lenses and camera modules; proficient in using design software.
3. Possess strong English communication and expression skills.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for developing test plans for certain functional modules;
2. Track and manage issues identified during testing to ensure they are resolved promptly;
3. Responsible for developing and executing reliability testing protocols for optical lenses, ensuring that the test plans comply with relevant standards and product requirements;
4. Responsible for designing and optimizing imaging test protocols for optical lenses, ensuring that the test results comprehensively and objectively reflect the lens’s image quality;
5. Proficient in using advanced equipment such as ImageMaster HR and air-gap testers to precisely measure and analyze performance indicators of optical lenses, including resolution, astigmatism, and distortion.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in optics, measurement and control technology and instruments, precision instrumentation, or a related field;
2. Familiar with the principles of optical systems, optical design, and optical materials; candidates with laboratory evaluation experience are preferred;
3. Proficient in the specific testing procedures and standards for optical lens reliability testing, imaging testing, and performance testing;
4. Possess basic English reading and writing skills, capable of reading and understanding relevant technical documents in English. Contact Information
